As part of his work, a university chaplain collects statistics of the various activities organized for students and staff, e.g. meetings, counselling sessions, recollections, retreats, seminars, etc. This information is important for deciding whether one needs more chaplains hired or more activities scheduled in the course of the academic year. The App C69 is designed to help track this information.
The activities organized could be personal, e.g. counselling sessions, or collective, e.g. baptisms, first holy communions, retreats or Masses, for men or women, or even for the priests themselves. The activities do target students or staff and their families (including children).
All the user needs to do is click the button to increment the numbers accordingly. For example, if the chaplain offers a retreat, all he needs to do is to click appropriately to indicated the number of retreats they have preached, the number of talks given in the retreat, the number of people seen, etc.
The tab on appointments is specifically aimed at counselling sessions with staff or students. Here again the user can record the salient points of the meeting to facilitate continuity.
